Each room and every bedroom within the villa boasts a stunning panoramic view of the sparkling Indian ocean, as you watch Berawa Beach
beckon from across the property while enjoying a swim in the 16-meter infinity pool. Once you’re finished in the pool, you can step right through the back gate onto the sandy beach, with easy access to the beach bars, restaurants and the famous Finns Beach Club.

Dining and entertaining within the villa offers equal parts luxury and
privacy. A lush green lawn is perfect for entertaining guests at a soiree, and both indoor and outdoor dining spaces can be used to host an atmospheric island experience. Outdoor lounge and seating areas are fully lit to be enjoyed during the day and night. Large tables located in both dining areas, inside and out, can accommodate up to 12-20 guests.
Breakfast is provided, along with complimentary coffee, tea and mineral water. Lunch and dinner can be arranged for an additional cost for a private chef and a well equipped modern on-site kitchen is available for those who prefer to do their own cooking.
This villa offers a big comfortable sofa inside, a pool seating area under the stars and a balcony that features its own bar, sofas, sun bed chairs and bean bags for you to relax and enjoy the ocean view.
Infinity Pool
A 16-meter infinity pool overlooks Berawa Beach. The pool area is outfitted with umbrellas and sun loungers perfect for relaxing or entertaining, accompanied with an outside bar.
Sauna and spa
A far- infrared sauna for personal use and full in-villa spa sessions may be arranged for additional cost. Spa services include massages, body scrubs, manicures, pedicures, and hair cream baths. We can also provide a private yoga and meditation instructor.
On-site staff
The on-site staff are dedicated and discreet to
provide the ultimate luxury experience. Included is a villa manager, housekeeping and your own butler to do daily turn down service and provide for your needs. Personal chefs and babysitting services may be arranged at an additional cost.

For surfers, the area surrounding this villa is a true paradise. Nearby, Berawa Beach consists of a single long surf break both left and right, which is ideal for intermediate surfers. For beginners, Batu Balong Old Mans waves are perfect for long boarding and surf parties held in this location are something to be enjoyed. For those with a bit more experience, Echo Beach is known for its powerful and challenging waves.
For a taste of Balinese culture, the famous Tanah Lot temple is located nearby. This temple is used by the Balinese to worship the gods of the sea and is protected by a mythical giant snake. The sunset from this location is iconic and able to be enjoyed by the entire family.
